Shortly after, David found himself calling on his brother John to help with various projects, and that pairing formed the core of the team that still exists today. Whilst David & John still remain heavily involved in the day to day operations of the business, it is now underpinned & reinforced by the next generation of Baldwin Aquatic, including Gerrie Baldwin & her husband Ben Hocking, Hydraulic Services Manager Joe Clark, and Construction Manager Graham Mclean. While the business has grown over the years, a long-serving team ensures the continuation of a personal relationship with every Baldwin Aquatic client, as well as with leading architects, engineers and aquatic facility operators.
